This is a key leadership role within the business, with clear potential to grow as Blue Tiger continues to scale.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while leading and motivating a small but growing team.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse and logistics operations
Manage, support, and develop warehouse and delivery teams
Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
Drive a 3.5-tonne van when required to support operations
Ensure all health & safety, food handling, and operational compliance standards are met
Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows as the business grows
Act as a strong people manager by setting clear standards, training team members, and fostering a positive team culture
Work closely with the leadership team to support business growth and scalability
About You
Highly organised with strong operational and problem-solving instincts
A confident and capable people manager who leads from the front
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
