Job Description The Job Mission This role is open to professionals within commutable distance of Bridgwater, with relocation support available where required. You lead logistics planning and operational integration across a major nuclear construction programme. You ensure safe, efficient material flow aligned to project priorities, regulations and delivery milestones. Lead logistics planning aligned to construction schedules and project demand forecasts Coordinate logistics capacity across short, medium and long-term planning horizons Integrate logistics operations with engineering, construction and delivery teams Manage risks, constraints and mitigation actions across logistics delivery plans Build and lead a high-performing logistics planning and operations team Develop and manage logistics KPIs, reporting and performance improvement actions Collaborate with senior stakeholders, suppliers and third-party logistics partners Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, quality and regulatory requirements Location: The role is based on site in Bridgwater with frequent travel to warehouses. Hence, no hybrid / remote work arrangements are possible for this role.
