Job Advert (Y)Our Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated, attentive, and forward-thinking Safeguarding and Behaviour Officer to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure every child is ready to learn and will thrive both emotionally and socially. Using a calm, empathetic, and restorative approach, you will lead on the day-to-day implementation of our Positive Behaviour Policy. Whether you are providing 1:1 interventions for pupils struggling with emotional regulation or acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to support our most vulnerable children, you will be a visible, trusted presence throughout the school day.
