The role
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to promote our equipment service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll:
* Develop and manage customer relationships across your region
* Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts
* Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract renewals
* Carry out site visits, surveys, and provide technical advice
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers
* Track activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting tools
About you
We’re more interested in potential and mindset than ticking every box.
* Sales experience (essential)
* Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, we’ll support your learning
* Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
