We are family owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love. We are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Torquay on a full-time, permanent basis. What youll be doing As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of our residential developments. Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will help drive value and cost control by supporting the sourcing and procurement of materials and sub-contractors, reviewing tenders, and ensuring scopes of work fully capture project requirements. You will also play an active role in monitoring costs, identifying risks and opportunities, and contributing clear, accurate information to support commercial decision-making.
