Bank Imaging Administrator
Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester
Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 8-4pm
The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Radiology team at Oaks Hospital.
Where you will provide administration support to the clinical teams, co-ordinate patient bookings as well as reception duties. You will also liaise closely with Radiology consultants and other hospital departments.
What you will bring:
1. Experience in a front facing or customer service role
2. Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
3. Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
5. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
6. Positive, willing attitude
7. Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
8. Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
Where you will be based:
The Oaks Hospital is a 57 bedded Hospital. The Radiology Department has general X-Ray facilities including Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT and MRI. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated customer focused Imaging Administrator reporting to the Radiology Manager.
