Remote Conveyancer
Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected firm with a long standing reputation for providing legal, property, and financial services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a reputable, forward-thinking firm on a remote basis.
The Opportunity:
* Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
* Updating and maintaining a case management system
* Liaising with other parties’ solicitors, brokers and estate agents
* Managing property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build and Shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity from inception until post completion
* Title checking and reporting to clients
* Raising and signing off the enquiries
* Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firms’ policies
* Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.
About You
* Proven experience as a residential conveyancer managing files end to end
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a fast moving setting
