Job Description
3. Assist the finance team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance.
4. Reconciliations.
5. Accounts Receivable/Credit Control.
6. Communicate with international clients and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve inquiries.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
8. Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
9. Immediately available or available within short notice.
10. Fluency/good working knowledge of another language is essential.
11. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
13. Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
