* Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour
* Shift Hours: 8pm - 8am with alternate weekend working
* Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (33 hour contract)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Shift Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
You will:
* Provide personalised care, supporting residents with night routines, mobility, and comfort
* Monitor wellbeing, observing changes and responding professionally
* Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
* Support with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day ahead
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Take part in ongoing training and development

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
