Your Role
As our FP&A Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting all financial planning processes within the Yogurt & Desserts business unit. You’ll be the go-to partner for the Marketing team, providing essential financial and commercial decision support.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate the Controlling Month-End Process:
o Manage month-end review meetings and timelines
o Conduct bridging analysis to explain profit results vs. forecasts, budgets, and prior years
* Business Partner Key Brand Teams:
o Provide financial and commercial decision support for Yogurts & Desserts brands
o Manage Brand P&Ls and contribute to the PEP process
o Address day-to-day queries and conduct ad-hoc reporting
* Financial Input and Support:
o Manage financial input to the Clarity system
o Support the Marketing team on budgets and quarterly forecasts
o Assist in annual and mid-term planning processes
* Deliver Profitability Reporting:
o Prepare financial charts for group business reviews
o Provide weekly volume reporting and handle ad-hoc queries
* Coordinate Monthly BOP Financial Forecast:
o Produce P&Ls for branded and private label businesses
o Highlight gaps to targets
What You'll Bring
* Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)
* Graduate level (2:1 minimum in a business discipline)
Essential Skills:
* Accuracy in a fast-paced commercial environment
* Ability to provide decision support and challenge commercial teams
* Structured approach to managing multiple projects
* Holistic view across the commercial sphere
* Previous commercial finance experience in a decision support role
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in financial planning & reporting
* Competency in SAP (CO-PA)
* Experience in an FMCG environment
Soft Skills:
* Strong relationship-building across commercial teams
