This family, based in Woking, Surrey, is looking for an After-school Nanny to take care of their school-aged children. The children are neurodivergent (Autism and ADHD). The ideal candidate will have a patient, structured approach and prior experience supporting children with additional needs. The role includes school pick-ups, after-school routines, and engaging activities tailored to the children’s interests and developmental goals.
A driver required with own car. A valid first-aid qualification is required.
Working hours: Monday to Tuesday, 2/3 pm to 6 pm.
Duties
* Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
* Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
* Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
* Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
* Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
* Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children’s structure and development.
* Light housekeeping optional, light cooking and snacks.
* Dog walking for another hour every day if the nanny would like to.
