The project
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can deliver an exceptional brand experience to every customer. Someone who passionately represents our brand, offers warm and personalized service, and helps each client find exactly what they need.
You'll play a key role in achieving store targets while ensuring the shop remains well-organized, welcoming, and fully stocked.
Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
2. Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
3. Shop operations: work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale runs smoothly.
4. Shop image: keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to the customer.
5. Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
