What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on business rates mitigation strategies
* Inspecting and valuing a range of commercial properties
* Managing Check, Challenge, Appeal cases
* Negotiating with the VOA and local authorities
* Building client relationships and supporting new business opportunities
What we're looking for
* MRICS qualified (or working towards)
* Experience within business rates / rating (private practice or VOA)
* Strong understanding of rating legislation and appeal processes
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Motivated, commercially aware, and keen to develop
