About the Position
Type: Regular
As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will be part of a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory team, providing clients with personalized, ongoing advice based on Schwab’s investment approach. You will impact clients' lives directly, working as a fiduciary to deliver exceptional service. SWA’s advice philosophy will empower you to utilize a wide array of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, managed accounts, and options, enabling you to assist clients with complex portfolios and goals. You will grow within a collaborative team, deepen client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Qualifications
Required
* CFP or CFA designation
* Bachelor’s degree
* Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
* Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
* Five+ years of advisory experience, including creating financial plans and portfolios for clients
Preferred
* Five+ years of direct client experience in financial services (highly preferred)
In addition to salary, this role is eligible for bonuses or incentives.
