9/10 Day Working Per Fortnight (Week 1 Monday to Friday, Week 2 Monday to Thursday) : Start Time Between 07.45 to 8.45, Finish 16:30 to 17:30
IT Support Technician required to provide 1st line support within an industry leading supplier of manufacturing machinery with a reputation of global excellence. This is a great opportunity to join a well:established company during an exciting period of growth.
This role would suit candidates either with industry experience providing IT support and/or an IT graduate (or equivalent).
Reporting into the companys IT Manager, the successful candidate will work within a small team of three where you will contribute to the support and enhancement of the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and availability of IT systems.
The IT Technician Role:
A Dealing with all of the 1st line issues within the business
A Provisioning, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting end:user hardware, operating systems, and client software.
A Managing and supporting IT infrastructure equipment, including physical and virtual servers, storage arrays, network switches, firewalls, wireless access points, phone systems, mobile devices, and other necessary equipment.
A Responding to technical support calls
A Test disaster recovery procedures
The IT Technician Candidate:
A Experience of providing 1st line IT support and/or an IT graduate (or equivalent)
