Customer Service Executive – 3 Month Temporary Contract
C&P Medical have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a market leading medical wholesaler based in Melksham
In this role the successful person will play a role in the growth of the business. This will be hands on, requiring good organisation skills. The role involves all aspects of customer service, processing orders, inputting data, checking pricing and other admin tasks
* Your day will be varied, and will include a combination of the following tasks:
* Processing Orders and replying to customer queries in a timely manner
* Provide an excellent service to new and existing customers when enquiries are made via telephone or email.
* Assist other members of the team with phone calls, queries, admin tasks and reports
Skills & Requirements
* Be numerate, and computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Previous customer service or order processing experience desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to learn quickly and organise yourself efficiently
* Target orientated approach with proven success in your work to date
* Experience with Sage is advantageous but training will be given
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Ability to work well under pressure
3 Month Temporary Contract
41 Hour week – Monday – Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
