What You Will Do
* Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
* Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
* Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
Your Experience
* Relevant IT qualification – either HNC/ HND or Degree
* Commercial experience in customer service focused role (contact centre, hospitality or retail)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure AD and Intune.
* Cybersecurity awareness, including MFA and phishing prevention.
* Desirable certifications:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation v4.
