Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator ready to take the next step? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, people-focused business where you'll play a key role in payroll delivery – with a clear development pathway.
As Senior Payroll Administrator, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great employee experience. You'll also act as a go-to person within the team, supporting junior colleagues and helping to improve processes as the function continues to evolve.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing across a high-volume environment
Ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time
Acting as a point of escalation for payroll queries
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls
Working closely with HR and Finance teams
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a senior or experienced payroll role
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
Confident working with payroll systems and Excel
A proactive, detail-driven approach
