The Role
We're looking for a proactive Recruitment & Office Assistant to support Harlo Recruitment three days per week, with the option of up to two extra days assisting ACS, depending on workload.
Key responsibilities include:
* Posting and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
* Screening CVs and liaising with candidates
* Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks
* Collecting and verifying candidate hours/timesheets
* Providing occasional admin support to ACS on additional days (e.g., project admin, scheduling, reporting)
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Previous recruitment, HR, or admin experience is desirable but not essential
