Our client, a well known North East law firm, are looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' PQE into their central Newcastle office. The role would suit a Family Solicitor who can demonstrate 3-5 years' experience dealing with a mix of public and private family law matters relating to divorce, separation, finances and children law. Key responsibilities: Handling your own caseload of both public and private family law matters relating to divorce, separation, finances and childcare. Attending to clients in person and representing the same in court. Handling each case with the utmost level of care, providing an expert level of advice throughout the life of the file. Drafting legal documentation, correspondence and liaising with third parties. Preparing cases for trial and dealing with the outcome of the same.
