Private Client Solicitor at Hedges Law. Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week. Base salary negotiable. Office based 3 days per week in Oxfordshire / Cotswolds with flexible remote option.
Responsibilities
* Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice to high net worth clients.
* Draft complex wills, create and administer trusts.
* Offer estate planning and Court of Protection services.
* Deliver high quality legal services with high client care.
* Support and train colleagues.
* Maintain excellent client communication and advisory skills.
* Embrace new technologies and continuous learning.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor, 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn new ways of working.
* Positive, optimistic, hardworking, can‑do attitude.
* Teamwork and professionalism with high confidentiality.
* Desire to embrace new technologies; STEP qualification highly desirable.
* Personable, warm, people‑focused.
