We are looking to recruit a Global Record to Report Lead for a global software company. My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.
This is an initial 6 month contract working 2 / 3 days a week onsite in Central London.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end Record to Report process, with a focus on defining and embedding a scalable global framework. The current environment is fragmented, with inconsistencies across close, consolidation and reporting processes, and requires a hands-on individual to drive meaningful change.
This is not a design-only role. You will be expected to operate as a 'doer', working closely with finance teams to standardise processes, improve reporting accuracy and ensure adoption across multiple regions.
