Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person‑centred care and support plans tailored to individual needs
* Support independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and self‑care

* Assist with community access and social inclusion activities
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation
* Work within safeguarding, CQC, and health & social care standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
* Experience in support work, care assistant roles, or residential care (desirable but not essential)
* Passion for working in adult social care and autism support
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm, resilient, and patient under pressure
* Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and sleep‑ins
* Basic IT skills for care documentation
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
