The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 7 pupil with muscular dystrophy
* Assist with mobility and personal care (full manual handling training provided)
* Support the pupil with day-to-day activities in and out of class
* Deliver academic support across a range of subjects
* Carry out standard Teaching Assistant duties within the classroom
This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideally suited to Psychology graduates or those considering careers in Educational Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or Support roles. It offers exceptional experience in SEN, safeguarding, and inclusive education.
