Our client, a large international law firm, is seeking a professional, polished, and highly personable Receptionist to join their London office on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a corporate, client-facing environment where first impressions are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering a 5-star welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times
\t
* Liaising with the main building reception team regarding expected visitors
\t
* Conducting daily meeting room checks to ensure presentation standards are maintained
\t
* Inspecting common areas and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
\t
* Managing taxi bookings and external reservations as required
\t
* Coordinating and booking meeting rooms
\t
* Answering and screening incoming calls, directing them appropriately
\t
* Managing the reception inbox efficiently
\t
* Updating and distributing the internal phone list
\t
* Overseeing visitor management, including room requests, transport arrangements, and dinner reservations
\t
* Issuing security passes in line with company procedures
\t
* Regularly updating the reception manual
\t
* Providing ad hoc cover for the hospitality team when required
