ICT Service Desk Analyst, ICT & Digital Services
Salary: £31,084– £39,166
As an ICT Service Desk Analyst you will support the council’s IT systems, hardware and telephony, providing hands‑on support to users and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for the council’s IT systems, Microsoft Teams telephony, and mobile devices.
* Administer Windows 11, M365, and Teams telephony, handling everyday support desk operations.
* Manage laptop roll‑out and maintenance using Microsoft Intune.
* Communicate effectively with users at all levels, delivering a customer‑focused experience.
* Collaborate with the team and proactively support colleagues on the front line.
Qualifications
* Strong technical skills across IT systems, Microsoft Teams telephony, mobile devices (iPhone & iPad), and laptop management via Microsoft Intune.
* Experience with Windows 11, M365, Teams telephony, support desk, and customer contact.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
* A "can‑do" attitude and willingness to help colleagues on the front line.
