Some of the key responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer role include
* You’ll have the opportunity to manage a broad caseload including purchase, re-mortgage, freehold, leasehold etc
* Building relationships with existing clients as well as developing relationships with introduces via networking, marketing etc
* Strong technical and administrative skills able to adhere to the SRA code of conduct
* Deliver an excellent client experience throughout
The successful candidate will have
* Qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability and interest in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
* Good collaborator with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong business development experience
* Excellent communication and IT skills
