What We Do: Developing and writing quality reports both internally for GBS and for GBS partner organisations and other external agencies. To contribute to preparations for degree awarding powers.
About the Role: As an Academic Quality Officer, you will support the Academic Standards and Quality Office in ensuring that GBS, and its awarding partners uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, compliance, and quality assurance.
You’ll help implement and monitor quality systems and policies across our programmes, produce high-quality reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistent application of partner and GBS quality policies.
Produce high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
Support audits, assessment processes and student casework procedures.
Drive enhancements through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as secretary to GBS boards and committees, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
Deliver data-driven reports, analysing both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written communication skills and experience in professional report writing.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel between GBS campuses when required.
