As an Account Manager at COOLSPIRiT—A Databarracks company ,you’ll be responsible for both growing our customer base and managing relationships with existing clients. This is a dual role: you’ll lead on new business acquisition, converting qualified leads into long-term clients, while also being the trusted partner for a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll be empowered to shape your own success with autonomy and strong support.
The Responsibilities
1. Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities. Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
2. Manage & Grow Accounts: Build deep, long-term relationships with clients. Lead contract renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and proactively resolve issues.
3. Client Advisory: Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, providing regular reviews, strategic advice, and ensuring clients’ evolving needs are met.
