We’re on the lookout for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rotherham. If you’ve got great communication skills, enjoy working with young people, and thrive on variety, this could be your perfect fit.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:
Step into lessons and keep learning on track when teachers are away
Follow pre-prepared lesson plans (no late-night marking marathons!)
Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent way
Be a reliable, positive presence that schools know they can count on
What you’ll need:
Experience working with young people (in education, coaching, or youth work)
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility, confidence, and a good sense of humour!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
