About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team at Mobas.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience who’s keen to develop their skills in paid media and grow their career in digital marketing.
You’ll work closely with members of the digital marketing team to support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. From day one, you’ll be involved in client campaigns and play an important role in helping performance.
You’ll work closely with a passionate marketing team across digital, strategy, research, client services, and studio, gaining experience across a wide variety of campaigns and projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the process of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
* Monitoring campaign performance and helping optimise results
* Assisting with tracking setup, reporting, and analysing performance data
* Attending client calls and supporting campaign discussions
* Supporting campaign planning and strategy alongside the wider team
* Working with the creative team to support the development of assets
* Contributing ideas for campaign improvements, testing, and optimisation
What We’re Looking For:
* At least two years of digital marketing experience
* Good understanding of Google Ads and paid media platforms
* Familiarity with Google Analytics
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
* Positive attitude and interest in marketing
* Basic knowledge of tracking and reporting

You’ll be supported by an experienced team while gaining hands-on experience across campaign management, optimisation, tracking, and strategy. You’ll work across a variety of platforms, supporting clients across a range of industries and contributing to a wide mix of projects.
Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own campaigns and clients as your skills and confidence grow.
