Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young client with complex needs, including medication administration, seizure management, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and additional communication needs. The role offers comprehensive training, support for NVQ qualifications, and ongoing guidance from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a young client with complex needs. This includes administering medication, managing seizures, supporting individuals with epilepsy, learning disabilities, and additional communication needs. You will receive comprehensive training, both online and classroom-based, and have the opportunity to work towards NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care. You will also be supported by a dedicated Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager, who will provide ongoing guidance and support.

Qualifications
