To carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance on the north portfolio of contracts, this ranges from PPM, reactive works, remedial works and minor works installs. Carry out all duties to the highest Health and Safety standards. Ensure all PPE is worn correctly and kept in good order. Communicate effectively with technical operations team. Carry out all compliance certification required for the role. Build a good working relationship with both the office and engineering teams. Form part of a call-out rota (1-10). To keep your van, tools and uniform clean and in good working order. What does it take? If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Mechanical Mobile Engineer, you’ll need… The successful candidate will be an experienced mechanical engineer and will ideally have worked in the commercial and hospitality sectors. Full understanding of a workforce management (CAFM) system via a PDA tablet. Wide knowledge on Health & Safety Previous within the FM//Building Services sector. Previous experience with digital workplace management CAFM systems. Previous experience of SFG20 or other recognised maintenance standards. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package products. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing Installations (or equivalent) - Desirable Health & Safety qualification (IOSH)- Desirable G3 Unvented Qualification- Desirable Organised. Builds good working relationship with internal teams and external service providers. Ability to work within the team and on individual basis with minimum supervision. Prioritises own workload. Experienced in using CAFM systems. Understanding of Statutory Requirements. Sound technical knowledge. Ability to understand, implement and challenge.
