As a Junior Planner, you'll be supporting a team of experienced planners to help schedule and coordinate inspection works. You'll work with tools like What3Words to track and update asset locations, manage spreadsheets, and help collate data for ongoing projects. No prior planning experience is required - just a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organisational skills.
The key responsibilities for this Junior Planner role are:
* Use What3Words to identify, tag, and update asset locations
* Assist in updating and managing planning spreadsheets
* Collate and organise data for current and upcoming inspection works
* Support planners with scheduling tasks and documentation
* Help ensure accurate planning records are maintained and shared with delivery teams
* Communicate with site staff to confirm schedules and update plans
* Gain exposure to planning systems and infrastructure project workflows
Experience/skills required for this Junior Planner role are:
* Strong attention to detail and highly organised
* Enthusiastic about learning planning and project coordination
* Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
* Able to follow structured processes and handle data carefully
* A team player with a good attitude and willingness to take initiative
