This is a vital role ensuring our school environment remains a top-tier place for children to learn. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the wheels turning during the afternoon and ensuring the site is secure at the end of the day.

* Plumbing & Facilities: Dealing with urgent issues such as unblocking toilets or minor leaks.
* Mechanical Repairs: Occasional technical fixes, such as repairing broken radiators or basic carpentry/painting.
* Waste Management: Oversight of general porterage and waste removal across the site.
* Security: Responsible for the formal "locking up" procedure, ensuring all windows, doors, and gates are secure before finishing your shift.
What We're Looking For
* Fix-It Factor: Comfortable using tools and having a solid understanding of basic plumbing, heating systems, and general DIY.
* Reliability: Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility are non-negotiable.
* Communication: Friendly and professional manner when interacting with staff, visitors, and delivery drivers.
* Safety First: Understanding of school health and safety protocols (training will be provided).
Why Join Us?
* Competitive Pay: Leading rate of £18.50 per hour.
