My client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This role will be involved in a key project with the UK Post Office Account, allowing you to work closely with the client to deliver impactful, technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow.
* Provide oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow Platform.
* Deliver solutions and document High Level Design artefacts.
* Act as an escalation point for issues and development blockers.
* Identify and log improvement opportunities for the business proactively.
* Contribute to platform health management.
* Engage in technical triage of major issues as required.
