We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join our busy and-established Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Commercial Property team
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents, correspondence and reports
* Preparing and amending leases, contracts, completion statements and other property documents
* Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
* Handling client communications professionally and efficiently
* Opening, maintaining and closing files in line with firm procedures
* Assisting with billing, time recording and general administrative duties
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Commercial Property
* Strong typing and document production skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Well organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Professional, discreet and client-focused
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
