We have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for an Estates Coordinator, based at Edgware Hospital, a large and busy 24/7 acute and mental health site with a wide range of services and ongoing improvement projects. Although advertised as an FTC, there is the potential for longer term extension. Salary on offer is from £30,000 & a 10% performance-based bonus Key Responsibilities This role will support the delivery of estates and facilities services across a large, complex hospital campus, ensuring a high-quality service for customers and patients. Responsibilities include: Acting as a visible and proactive presence across your allocated buildings Providing excellent face-to-face customer service to clinical teams, service users and contractors Supporting day-to-day FM operations, compliance checks and reactive works Coordinating contractors and assisting with project activity (with up to 29 live projects onsite) Ensuring clear communication, timely updates and effective issue resolution Maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe, efficient hospital environment This role is fully site-based and requires someone confident, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding healthcare setting.
