Caccia & Tails an Italian focaccia, coffee & cocktail bar, focussing primarily on focaccia Genovese, sandwiches, bar snacks with great cocktails, coffee and sweet things.
Established 7 years ago, in Lewes, we now also have three sites in and around Chichester.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional cafe bar supervisor ideally with some experience in cocktail making too. We are looking for someone to work across all sites in Chichester.
Cafe bar supervisor requirements:
* A motivated and dynamic hospitality professional, focused on quality and customer service, 2 years experience + preferable.
* Experienced Barista with knowledge of looking after and calibrating the coffee machine and serving exceptional coffee in a fast-paced environment.
* A background in excellent customer service with a natural predisposition towards organisation and attention to detail.
* You will need to be involved in a little food prep and handling, stocking up throughout the day, so fully proficient in food safety and HACCP procedures.
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to train and encourage members of the team.
* Hard working with an ability to deliver consistency and excellence in service.
Package:
Pay rates from £12.21 an hour depending on experience and hours
* Between 8 and 40hrs a week within a 7 day a week operation, depending on part time or full time.
