Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an part-time administrator to join our Integrated Children's Therapy Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible administrator to work within the administration team.
The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the locality/department to ensure the smooth running of the area.
In this role you would be expected to manage the reception area, welcoming service users, their families and colleagues into the building and to speak with parents and colleagues on the telephone. You would be expected to ensure the clinic is set up in line with local guidance and to undertake administrative duties and to develop other skills where needed to support the service and to build relationships with all members of the team, other teams and departments within the trust and outside bodies. You would be expected to be able to use the electronic patient record, ensuring the smooth running of the busy clinic environment.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
