Working as the Room Leader / Senior Early Years Educator / Childcare Practitioner you will work alongside the management team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all playroom-based staff and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
As the Room Leader / Senior Early Years Educator / Childcare Practitioner you will support the nursery school to comply with all regulatory requirements, provide a high standard of care and education, support playroom staff in their roles and maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents and carers.
