Location: Based on site in Thatcham for a long-term contract
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Start Date: January 2026
Hours of Work: Standard hours are 7.30am-4.00pm, 5 days a week with a 1-hour lunch break
Annual Leave: 32 days (inc 8 bank holidays)

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be bright, enthusiastic and hardworking with previous office-based experience in a customer focused/customer facing industry. The candidate must also possess a willingness to learn and demonstrate a drive to succeed.
Duties to include but not limited to:
· Managing and maintaining document control systems and databases
· Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed
· Distributing documents to relevant stakeholders and tracking revisions
· Supporting project teams with document-related queries and compliance
· Maintaining confidentiality, security of sensitive documentation and personnel vetting
· Assisting with audits and quality assurance processes
· Providing general administrative support to the site management team
Skills and Experience:
· Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
