Project Administrator
Location: Rickmansworth (Southern Region)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: 15th December 2025
Contract Type: Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join a leading organisation within the construction and infrastructure sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Project Delivery Team by providing accurate and efficient administrative and document control support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, ensuring all documentation is managed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update project records, files, and correspondence in line with company procedures.
• Oversee document control processes, ensuring all documentation is issued, received, and stored correctly.
• Assist with project reporting, data entry, and document tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience in an administrative or document control role within the built environment, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), ideally including SharePoint.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Competitive salary based on experience (£30,000 – £40,000).
• Based in Rickmansworth, Southern Region.
• The role will commence on 15th December 2025.
