We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicatedDomiciliary Homecare Workersto join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes in theSTALHAMarea.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning.
* Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring clients are eating healthily.
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.
* Administer medication and support clients with their medication needs.
* Monitor clients well-being and report any concerns or changes in health to the management team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential.
* Passionate about helping others and making a real difference in their lives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' needs.
* Full UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle.
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

* £12.72 during the week
* £13.78 at weekends
* £15.90 bank holidays
* Paid travel and mileage
Shift Patterns
* 07:00am - 14:00pm
* 16:00pm - 22:00pm
* Alternative weekends are a requirement
