Outdoor work in cherry orchards. Picking cherries carefully to avoid bruising or damage. Place harvested cherries into crates with care. Transport filled containers to designated collection points in the field. Additional farm tasks may include general husbandry such as weeding, pruning, clearing debris, and other duties as needed. Work typically runs Sunday to Friday, with Saturday off. However, a 5-day rota may be used depending on demand. Shifts are around 8 hours per day, with 30–45 minutes unpaid break. Season starts in June. We offer a rate of £12.71/hour, with bonuses based on performance and picking speed. Requirements Must work to a high standard of quality and efficiency. No previous experience required – full training provided on site. Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK. Accommodation On-site accommodation available in shared caravans (4–6 people per unit). Cost: £77.7/week, deducted from wages. Agency support is available on-site to assist workers.
