Job Title: Business Psychologist Reports to: Principal Psychologist Salary: £33,450 Location: Remote - Work Anywhere in the UK Working Pattern: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Join our team of neurodiversity experts, supporting individuals and organisations to be more neuroinclusive Business Psychologist at Lexxic As a Business Psychologist at Lexxic, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive in their roles and supporting organisations to create neuroinclusive environments. With your expertise and passion for psychology and neurodiversity, you will be responsible for delivering a range of Lexxic’s key client facing services. Key Responsibilities: Meeting with clients on a one-to one basis to administer assessments and deliver coaching or training to support neurodiversity. Delivering predominantly virtual workplace assessments and coaching. There may be a requirement to deliver face to face depending on client need. Writing and proofreading reports. Delivering lunch and learn training sessions to clients on areas of neurodiversity. Providing guidance on appropriate services to the Case Management team. Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on your own development and being proactive in managing your time and professional expertise. Supporting senior colleagues where necessary with additional client-related work, including preparing for consultancy or training events. Knowledge Requirements: Have an interest and demonstrable experience in the areas of diversity and wellbeing and be passionate about enabling individuals to reach their full potential. Experience of delivering coaching and/or training to individuals and/or groups. Experience of supervising or managing a team and developing people is desirable. Understanding and relevant experience working in consultancy environments is desirable. Soft Skills: High levels of innovation, organisation skills, self-motivation and a passion for providing high levels of customer service Excellent attention to detail and strong presentation skills High standard of written work. Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and prioritise work effectively.
