About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to manage a growing portfolio of customer accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accounts are administered accurately, SLAs are met and every customer interaction reflects the high standard of service we pride ourselves on.
This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all administration is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
* Inputting and maintaining vehicle documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Filing vehicle documents efficiently and in line with internal procedures.
* Processing daily post and ensuring documents are sent to the correct customers on time.
* Booking vehicles into multiple locations.
* Using multiple internal and external customer databases and systems.
* Liaising with other Manheim Vehicle Services sites and auction sites to ensure vehicles transition smoothly to sale.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, both face-to-face and via phone and email.
* Resolving customer queries efficiently or escalating where necessary to achieve the best outcome.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and key customers
* Supporting the on-site customer handover experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working within structured processes, regulations, or SLAs.
* Previous customer-facing experience, with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Confident and accurate data entry abilities.
* Well-organised with strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
* A team player who can collaborate effectively to support successful vehicle sales.
