We are currently working in partnership with a local council based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Services Manager on a 3-month temporary to permanent. This will be a full-time position with a negotiable day rate. The salary will be £50k-£52k. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a group of Housing Officers and in-depth understanding of relevant legislation. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a team of four Housing Officers Overseeing estate services and ensuring compliance with SLAs, tenancy conditions, rent arrears processes, and ASB policies, progressing cases to legal action when required Conducting regular quality assurance checks, monitored team and individual performances, and took timely action to address issues Promoting tenancy sustainability by signposting residents to support services, built strong partnerships, engaged with communities, and encouraged resident involvement Experience required: Experience managing Housing Officers Experience in tenancy management, rents and ASB Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good organisational and time management skills Ability to manage and encourage team to highest standards Working hours: 37.5 a week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
