Pay range: Grade 7

Salary: £30,559 prorata

Hours: 32.5 per week

Contract: Fixed term for 1 year

The Governing Body of Hurst Green Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing PPA cover (up to 5 sessions per week)
* Offering pastoral care including facilitating social groups and individual support, providing outside play support, and liaising with parents and outside agencies
* Covering for absences and delivering interventions to individuals and small groups in collaboration with class teachers
* Utilising specialist skills and knowledge at an advanced level across various disciplines to support teaching staff in the development and education of children
* Working alongside teaching assistants to give guidance and share expertise
