CHARITIES SOLICITOR - 4+PQE - NEWCASTLE
Are you an experienced charities lawyer with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join the Sports, Education, and Charities team, a nationally recognised group known for its dynamic and varied work across all three sectors. Ideally you will have around 4 years PQE with strong technical ability in charity law. Solid knowledge and proficiency in legal structures of charities and 'not for profit' organisations is required, as well as knowledge of constitutional and governance issues, mergers and restructuring, fundraising, and trading and commercial agreements. You will have excellent people and client management skills, be proactive in business development, and be capable of creating practical, commercial solutions. Familiarity with the sports and/or education sectors would be an advantageous.
